Latest Additions to the English Grammar Courses
**1. Plurals – Singular and Plural Nouns: Game 1**

This activity teaches students those words which have the same word for singular and plural. Multiple examples have been given alongwith pictures.
**2. Irregular Nouns: Game 1 and Game 2**
Irregular nouns can be a stumbling block for many learners, especially children with language processing challenges. These games break down the complexities of irregular nouns, allowing children to practice in a safe, no-pressure environment. Visual cues and interactive tasks keep learners engaged while they master these tricky words.
**3. Drag & Drop the Correct Word: Game 3**
In this game, students are required to drag and drop words into the correct positions within sentences. This reinforces sentence structure and word placement while helping students practice their vocabulary. The drag-and-drop format keeps the learning interactive and fun, which is essential for children who might struggle with traditional teaching methods.
**4. Pronouns: Fill in the Blanks with Pronouns (Released October 27th, 2024)**
Pronouns are an essential part of sentence construction, but they can be confusing for many learners. This new game focuses on teaching children how to correctly use pronouns in sentences. By filling in the blanks, students improve their understanding of grammar while reinforcing correct pronoun usage. The interactive nature of the game encourages participation and helps solidify the concept in a fun way.
Students have to type the answers and they get immediate feedback. To enlarge the text, they can use the browser’s Zoom option or click the ‘Control’ key and ‘Plus’ key twice.
**5. Click All the Pronouns (Released October 27th, 2024)**

Building on the previous pronoun game, this activity challenges students to identify and click on all the pronouns in a sentence. This game encourages repetition, helping students better understand pronouns through interactive engagement. By offering multiple attempts with no time limits, the game allows children to learn at their own pace without pressure. ‘Retry’ and ‘show the solution’ options are available.
**6. Match the Picture with the Correct Word: Game 1 and Game 2**

These games connect grammar with visual learning by asking children to match pictures with the correct words. By associating words with images, students can better grasp the meanings of nouns and adjectives. This visual approach is especially helpful for children with language or cognitive difficulties, providing a way to learn grammar that goes beyond text-based instruction.
Crossword added to the Reading Comprehension course
Crossword Puzzle with Story and Illustration We’ve introduced an exciting new crossword puzzle to the Reading Comprehension course. Here’s how it works:

- Read the Story: Students are presented with a short, engaging story, helping them practice their reading skills and comprehension. The story is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for learners at various reading levels.

- Fill in the Crossword: After reading, students use clues from the story to complete the crossword. This reinforces their understanding of the plot, vocabulary, and key concepts introduced in the text.
- Illustration: To make the learning experience even more interactive, we’ve included an illustration that complements the story. The visual element not only brings the narrative to life but also helps students better understand and relate to the content.
This addition combines the strengths of reading comprehension with grammar practice, offering a holistic approach to learning. It’s particularly effective for students with special needs, as it engages multiple senses—reading, seeing, and doing—enhancing retention and understanding.
