Institutional License – Per Learner Seat (Annual / Special Contract Duration)

EdQueries Institutional License provides schools, special education centres, NGOs, therapy centres, and training organisations with multi-seat access to our complete e-learning library of gamified educational content.

This product allows your organisation to purchase learner seats in bulk.
Please select the total number of seats required for your institution at checkout (minimum 5).

How Licensing Works

1. Select the number of learner seats your organisation requires.

2. An authorised representative (IT admin / program manager / administrator) completes the purchase and accepts the Terms & Conditions on behalf of the organisation.

3. EdQueries will create or update your organisation’s cohort in our LMS.

4. Your institution can submit a list of learners, and we will add them to your licensed seats.

5. Course access will be enabled for the duration specified in your invoice or agreement (standard 12 months unless a special 6-month term is contracted).

Contract Duration

Standard duration: 12 months per seat.

If your institution has a special contract (e.g., 6-month pilot or discounted NGO pricing), the duration in your invoice or agreement will take precedence.
EdQueries will configure access in the LMS accordingly.

Pricing

The price displayed (₹500 per seat) applies to standard institutional licensing.

If your organisation has special pricing approved by EdQueries , the final amount will be updated by our team based on your contract and invoice.

Payment modes allowed:

• Cash on Delivery (offline invoice payment)

• Direct Bank Transfer / NetBanking

• Online payment (if applicable)

Important Notes

• This purchase is completed by one authorised representative, not by individual learners.

• Learners do not make payments or accept T&C individually.

• EdQueries will allocate seats based on your purchased quantity.

• Seat assignments are non-transferable during the license period unless authorised.

Our team will contact your designated representative to:

• Confirm the number of seats

• Verify learner list

• Activate your organisation’s cohort

• Provide onboarding support for teachers and administrators
